Instant Exchange provides a platform for converting supported cryptocurrencies (including but not limited to BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, XRP, DOGE, and SOL) into PayPal USD. The Service includes direct homepage exchanges (available to guests and registered users) and dashboard features (deposits, balance management, and withdrawals) available to registered, verified users.

3. Account registration and security

You may use certain features without an account. To access the dashboard and balance features, you must register and verify your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@instantexchange.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Exchanges and transactions

All cryptocurrency-to-PayPal exchanges are final once the crypto payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. You are solely responsible for verifying the cryptocurrency type, amount, destination address, and PayPal email before submitting a transaction. Sending the wrong cryptocurrency or an insufficient amount may result in loss of funds.

5. Exchange rates and fees

Exchange rates are displayed on the platform at the time of transaction creation and include our service fee. Rates fluctuate based on market conditions and may change between the time you view a rate and the time your crypto payment is confirmed. We are not responsible for losses resulting from rate fluctuations. Blockchain network fees are your responsibility and are separate from our service fee.

6. Processing times

Processing times depend on blockchain confirmation speed and our internal review. Most exchanges are completed within 5 to 30 minutes after crypto confirmation. We do not guarantee specific processing times and are not liable for delays caused by blockchain network congestion, PayPal processing, or required compliance reviews.

7. Prohibited activities

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any illegal activity; (b) provide false or misleading information; (c) attempt to manipulate exchange rates or exploit system vulnerabilities; (d) use automated tools or bots to interact with the Service without our written consent; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

8. Compliance with laws

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency transactions. The availability of the Service does not constitute an invitation or offer in any jurisdiction where such use would be prohibited.

9. Account suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Pending transactions may be held during review.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Instant Exchange shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or funds, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of the transaction at issue.
