What is Instant Exchange?

Instant Exchange lets you convert cryptocurrency into PayPal, Wise, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. We support Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ripple (XRP), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Solana (SOL). You send crypto; we send funds to your chosen payout method. Homepage exchanges support USD, EUR, GBP, or CAD payouts to PayPal, as well as withdrawals to Wise, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle.

Do I need an account to exchange?

No. You can exchange directly from the homepage without an account. All functions, including tracking your exchange through an Exchange ID and email updates, are available to everyone as guests. We focus on fast, direct transactions without the need for registration.

How does the exchange process work?

Choose your cryptocurrency and amount. Pick your payout method (e.g. PayPal USD, EUR, GBP, or CAD) and enter the required details, such as your PayPal email. Send the exact crypto amount to the wallet address we show you. Once we see the payment on the blockchain, we process your payout. You get email updates as it moves to completed.

How long does an exchange take?

The total time depends on two things: how quickly your crypto is confirmed on the blockchain, and our processing time after that. Network speed varies. Bitcoin can take 10 to 30 minutes; Solana or XRP often confirm in seconds. Most exchanges finish within 5 to 30 minutes after we see your payment.

What are the fees?

Our fee is included in the rate on the homepage. The amount shown in "You receive" is what you get. There are no extra hidden charges. Blockchain network fees are separate and depend on which crypto you send.

Is there a minimum or maximum exchange amount?

Minimums depend on the payout currency and are shown on the form. For PayPal USD and most USD payouts the minimum is $50. For PayPal EUR, GBP, or CAD it is typically the equivalent of about 50 in that currency. Maximums vary by crypto and are shown when you enter an amount. For very large exchanges, contact support.

Can I cancel or reverse an exchange?

Crypto transactions cannot be reversed. Once you send to the address we give you, it cannot be cancelled. Double-check the cryptocurrency, amount, and payout details before you send.

What happens if I send the wrong amount?

If you send more than required, we process the full amount and your payout reflects it. If you send less than the minimum, contact support. Never send a different cryptocurrency than the one you selected. Sending the wrong coin can result in permanent loss of funds.

Is my information secure?

Yes. All connections to our platform are encrypted via HTTPS. We do not store sensitive user data beyond what is necessary to process your exchange. We do not share your personal information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I use Instant Exchange from any country?

We serve users globally. You are responsible for checking that using a crypto exchange is legal where you live. Some countries restrict crypto transactions. Check your local rules before using the service.

My exchange is stuck on "pending." What should I do?

A pending status means we haven't yet detected your crypto payment on the blockchain. This is usually due to network congestion. Check your sending wallet to confirm the transaction was broadcast. If the status hasn't updated after an hour, contact our support team with your exchange ID and we'll investigate.
