What is Instant Exchange?

Instant Exchange is a platform that lets you convert cryptocurrency into PayPal USD. We support 8 cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ripple (XRP), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Solana (SOL). You send crypto, and we send USD to your PayPal account.

Do I need an account to exchange?

No. You can exchange directly from the homepage without creating an account. Just select your cryptocurrency, enter the amount, provide your PayPal email, and send the crypto to the address we generate. Creating an account gives you access to a dashboard where you can track exchanges, deposit crypto to a USD balance, and withdraw to PayPal.

How does the exchange process work?

1. Choose which cryptocurrency you want to send and enter the amount. 2. Enter your PayPal email address. 3. Send the exact crypto amount to the wallet address provided. 4. Once we confirm receipt on the blockchain, our team processes your PayPal payout. You'll receive email updates at each stage.

How long does an exchange take?

The total time depends on two factors: how quickly your crypto transaction is confirmed on the blockchain (this varies by network — Bitcoin may take 10-30 minutes, while Solana or XRP can confirm in seconds) and our processing time once confirmed. Most exchanges are completed within 5 to 30 minutes from the time the crypto payment is confirmed.

What are the fees?

Our fee is included in the exchange rate displayed on the homepage. The amount you see in the "You receive" field is what you will receive — there are no additional hidden charges. Network fees for the blockchain transaction are separate and depend on the cryptocurrency you're sending.

Is there a minimum or maximum exchange amount?

Minimum and maximum amounts vary by cryptocurrency and are displayed on the exchange form. Generally, the minimum is equivalent to approximately $5 USD. For larger exchanges, please contact our support team to ensure smooth processing.

Can I cancel or reverse an exchange?

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by design. Once you send crypto to the provided address, the transaction cannot be cancelled. Please double-check all details — including the cryptocurrency, amount, and your PayPal email — before sending your payment.

What happens if I send the wrong amount?

If you send more than the required amount, we will process the exchange based on the amount received and your payout will reflect the higher amount. If you send less than the minimum, please contact support so we can assist you. Do not send a different cryptocurrency than the one selected — this may result in permanent loss of funds.

What is the dashboard deposit and withdrawal feature?

Registered users can deposit cryptocurrency to their account, which is converted to a USD balance. This balance can then be withdrawn to PayPal at any time. This is useful if you want to deposit now and withdraw later, or manage multiple smaller deposits into one larger withdrawal.

Is my information secure?

My exchange is stuck on "pending." What should I do?

A pending status means we haven't yet detected your crypto payment on the blockchain. This is usually due to network congestion. Check your sending wallet to confirm the transaction was broadcast. If the status hasn't updated after an hour, contact our support team with your exchange ID and we'll investigate.
